I am not sure I understood all of this but it has given me food for thought and certainly made me determined to find out more. I think there is a real danger that people don’t give proper consideration to all the issues and we end up voting for something we are not truly sure about. So we need more information

What this article fails to mention is that the Resident's Association has been 'cherry picking' their responses and have put in no controls to managing duplicate or forged responses from households. I can not see how such a consultation can be valid in these circumstances.

Should the true feeling of residents be that a bus service is needed (not wanted) and would be used, then that's fine. However the consultation should be done properly.

My personal view is that buses passing will only serve to create more air and noise pollution and will increase the worry of my children being involved in a collision with a vehicle. Especially if the bus can be stopped at any point on the road such as on a corner or in front of a driveway. I will be presenting this view at the meeting.

whos all the folk that want this bus????? as I for one and many others that live on Seafar drive have young kids and I fear for there safety with the traffic as it is without the need of a bus adding to this. Kelty school promotes health and alot of kids walk this road to and from school my kids included. Where is the need for the bus is it more like I want a bus than you need a bus. Bus stop at the top of the hill, make a bus holt at the bottom of seafar drive onto great north road, that way black road still have there service, kids are not at risk, and you have a cure for the folk that cant manage the hill.

There are older people who have to try and walk up hills to get to the shops so I think this would be good. There are a lot of people who want a bus to come down into these streets.

It is also true that many firms here in Fife feel we do not get a fair chance to win contracts in Fife. Fife Council gives out million of pounds worth of work every year and I agree that more must be done to help Fife firms and Fife people get this work.

Stand up for Fife. I support that

I agree with what you say Alex but I would also add that many companies in Fife find it very difficult to get work from Fife Council and yet other firms from far and wide seem to be able to get the work. Should you not do more to help Fife firms and local people?

The Kingseat Community Council got £100,000 from this fund towards the pavement. This has been a priority for the Kingseat Community Council for some time and the fund is for distribution between both communities. So this was very much the local choice of the kingseat community
