Local councillors have agreed to provide £4,960 for the Kelty Winter Festival which is a range of events including a Christmas feyer, Santa’s grotto, torchlight procession and other events involving the community centre, nursery, schools and local groups in the lead up to Christmas this year. We further agreed a grant to the 77th Fife (Kelty Church) Scouts Group of £4,000 to support the group with running costs to support the growing activity of the beaver scouts (24), the cub scouts (30), and the scouts (20) with a waiting list to enrol in the group.
