A few weeks ago I met with representatives of CHAS when they were at the Scottish Parliament raising awareness of the work that children’s hospices do.
I signed up to hold an event during Children’s Hospice Week which is the only awareness raising and fundraising week for children with Life-Limiting conditions and services, like children’s hospices, that support them.
This Friday I am holding a coffee morning to raise funds for Rachael House which is a children’s hospice based in Kinross and supporting children in the Cowdenbeath constituency.
If you are free and able to pop in for a cupa and make a donation. No matter how small or how large the donation every bit helps support the amazing work and I hope you can pop in to the constituency office at 239 High Street where we will be serving drinks and cakes and you can buy a bit homemade baking.
