Well done to the great job the council have done in cleaning up the area of Cardenden at the shops, which was covered in litter and waste.
However, it does beg the question, when will people take responsibility and stop dropping litter and making a mess of the area people have to live in. The more mess people make by dropping litter the more it costs us the tax payer of Fife as well as the more pressure it puts on already over stretched services.
This is why we all need to speak out when we see people dropping litter.
